In order to use these blue parking spaces, a clock disc, available at tobacconist’s and the retailers association of Zona Aberta, is needed.
In a priviledged place, the FEXDEGA exhibition hall, just three minutes from the city centre, it is this exclusive free area for caravans with capacity for ten vehicules. There is an access from Rodrigo de Mendoza avenue or Nogueira and Limoeiro streets which go round the exhibition site. There is a waste water disposal system, as well as free tap water supply. All the area is equipped with a security camara network. The facilities are open all year round and free although restricted to a maximum stay of three days in order to facilitate rotation amongst users.
To make your visit easier, Vilagarcía provides the traveler with a local tourist information office. It is located in the Plaza de la Pescadería- an easily recognized building made out of stone and iron – just a few metres from the Alameda. Since 2017, the office has maintained the (comprehensive quality sytem tourist destination) Sicted distinction which means a recognition of the effort and commitment with the quality and continuous improvement of the information system.
