Eating is a necessity, but just in one’s daily life. When we are on holidays this necessity can be and must be a pleasure. So, while in the Rías Baixas and Vilagarcía this is a must. Seasonal or signature cuisine, recipes cooked with fish and sellfish but also meat and rice dishes can be tasted in local restaurants which have a good reputation in Galicia, land of fine food and good wine: Albariño, Ribeiro, Godello, Mencía and Caíño wines are excellent to accompany whatever elaborate dish with the knowledge of good taste.
